A little return help

We hope you love your Pink Ostrich find! If it isn’t quite the right fit, eligible items may be returned for store credit within 30 calendar days after delivery. Your package must be postmarked within that window.

Store credit covers the item’s purchase price and never expires, so you can choose another favorite when you’re ready. Original shipping charges aren’t refundable, and we don’t offer direct exchanges.

Keep it lovely for its next home

• Please return items unworn, unwashed, and free of makeup, damage, and odors such as smoke, perfume, deodorant, or pet odors.
• Keep any original tags attached.
• Shoes must be unworn and in their original condition.
• Sale and final-sale items, along with accessories such as jewelry, bags, hats, belts, and sunglasses, aren’t eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Something not quite right?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please let us know promptly. Email pinkostrichboutique.returns@gmail.com with your order number and a few photos so we can help find the right resolution. Please reach out before sending it back. We handle these issues separately from change-of-mind returns.

Ready to send it back?

1. Send a note to pinkostrichboutique.returns@gmail.com with your name, order number, and the item you’d like to return. We’ll send the return address and instructions.
2. Include your name and order number in the package, and have it postmarked within 30 calendar days after delivery.
3. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is your responsibility. We recommend tracking and keeping your proof of postage.

Once your return arrives, please allow two business days for us to check it over and process it. We’ll email your approved store credit to the address used for your order. Items that don’t meet the return requirements may be declined.
