NEED TO MAKE A RETURN?

Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the DELIVERY date. At this time we do not offer exchanges or refunds. Returns will receive store credit (less original shipping cost). Store credit is just like cash and never expires. Please allow two business days for your return to be processed, after delivery.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, scent and make up free. This includes smoke, deodorant, pet, and perfume scents.
• Original tags, if applicable must be attached and intact.
• Returns must be postmarked within 10 business days of delivery.
• Shoes must be returned, and unworn, and in the same condition received.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN 

• Any sale item
• Anything marked "Sale" or "Final Sale" on the invoice.
• Accessories (Jewelry, bags, hats, belts, sunglasses, ect.)

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN 

• We do not issue prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the return cost.
• Please include your name and order number on the package for smooth processing.
• We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.
• Please allow two business days for your return to be processed after delivery.
• Store credit will be emailed to the email address associated with the order.
• Returns postmarked after the 10th business day of delivery will be rejected.
